This shipping policy applies to all orders placed with Nexapep Ltd (UK) and Nexapep UAE.
Dispatch and processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders containing items requiring batch-specific quality documentation may take an additional 1 business day to dispatch.
UK shipping
UK orders are dispatched via tracked courier with signature on delivery. Standard delivery is 1–3 business days from dispatch. A tracking number is provided by email once the order has been dispatched. Orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging suitable for laboratory consignments.
International shipping (EU, UAE, and other destinations)
International orders are dispatched via tracked international courier. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 5–10 business days from dispatch, subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Nexapep is not liable for delays or fees imposed by destination-country customs authorities.
Cold-chain and temperature-sensitive shipments
Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard transit periods and are dispatched without active cooling. For research applications requiring cold-chain transit, contact us prior to ordering.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the dispatch confirmation email, contact hello@nexapep.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the courier. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost. If a shipment arrives with visible damage, photograph the packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Address accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made before dispatch — contact hello@nexapep.co.uk immediately if you need to update an address.
Refused or returned shipments
Shipments refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee equal to the original shipping cost if reshipment is requested. Refunds for returned shipments will be issued at the product cost only, less original shipping costs.
Research Use Only
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. By placing an order you confirm you are ordering for legitimate research purposes and not for human or veterinary consumption.
