Research Use Only
All products supplied by Nexapep are research peptides intended for laboratory research use only. They are not intended, packaged, or labelled for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing the products for legitimate laboratory research purposes only and that you accept full responsibility for their use.
We do not provide dosing guidance, administration advice, or any communication that could be construed as medical advice. Enquiries seeking such guidance will not be answered.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. A contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the order. We may cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch, in which case we will issue a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) for UK orders and the relevant local currency for other regions. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order placement.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details.

Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of our products and to maintain research-grade integrity, we do not accept returns of opened or unsealed products. Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the product cost (less original shipping). Contact hello@nexapep.co.uk before returning any product.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs. We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion.
Product specifications
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information on the website is accurate. Specifications, including molecular weight, formula, and CAS number, are derived from publicly available chemical databases. Batch-specific quality data is available via the Certificate of Analysis included with every order. Where any discrepancy exists between website information and the supplied CoA, the CoA is the authoritative source for the specific batch.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexapep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of products purchased from us. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
The customer assumes all risk associated with research use of the products. Nexapep is not liable for any outcomes arising from the customer's research methodology, handling, storage, or application of the products.
Intellectual property
All content on nexapep.co.uk, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Nexapep Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexapep, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damages arising from your use of products or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
